About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Krypton Fund Inc. ("Krypton"), a corporation registered in Delaware, United States, with its mailing address at 1207 Delaware Ave #5027, Wilmington, DE 19806, United States, and apply to your use of kryptonfund.com and the waitlist. By using the site you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

They do not cover Krypton's products. Those will be governed by their own agreements, which you will be asked to accept before you use them.

Our products are not yet available, and nothing here is an offer

Krypton's products — including Krypton Pay, the Yield Engine and Clark — are in development. Krypton is not currently licensed as a payment institution, money transmitter, virtual asset service provider, fund manager or investment adviser in any jurisdiction. Applications for authorisation referred to on the site are in progress and may not be granted.

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, a solicitation of an offer to buy, or a promotion of any financial product, security, virtual asset or service, and nothing here is directed at anyone in a jurisdiction where that would be unlawful.

Figures are illustrative, not guarantees

Yields, returns, fees, settlement times, balances, strategy statistics and app screens shown on this site are illustrative targets, examples or simulations. They are not forecasts, promises, past performance or results achieved by any customer. Actual outcomes will differ, returns can be negative, and capital is at risk.

Nothing on this site is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Please take independent professional advice before making any financial decision.

Forward-looking statements

Statements about plans, launch timing, corridors, partners and product features describe what we intend today. They may change, and may not happen.

Who may use the site

You must be at least 18 to join the waitlist. If you sign up on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free. A place on it is not an account, not a contract for any service, and not a guarantee of access, pricing or terms. We may decline or remove a sign-up, and you can leave at any time by emailing us.

Krypton will never ask you for a payment, deposit, password, recovery phrase or private key to join or keep a waitlist place. If someone does in our name, it is not us — please report it to hello@kryptonfund.com.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
• submit false information or impersonate anyone;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to, disrupt, overload or probe the security of the site;
• scrape or copy the site in bulk, except as allowed by law.

Intellectual property

The site, its content and design, and the Krypton name and marks are owned by or licensed to Krypton. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. Assets in the media kit may be used as the media kit describes.

Other companies' names and logos shown on the site are trademarks of their respective owners. They are used only to identify those companies and compare publicly available information about their services, and do not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by them. Comparisons reflect our reading of public information at the time of writing and may be out of date.

Links to other sites

The site links to third-party sites and services. We are not responsible for their content, policies or availability.

The site is provided as is

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. Information on it may be incomplete or out of date.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Krypton will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to US$100.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or removes rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, and the courts of Delaware have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection that applies to you where you live.

Changes and contact
